Randy Charles Ferguson

Randy Charles Ferguson of Kingsport; passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side. He was born in Kingsport and a lifelong resident. He was an employee of G&K Services for over 30 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved being around his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Ted Ferguson.

Surviving are his son, Joshua Charles Ferguson of Kingsport; mother, Lenora Ferguson of Gate City, VA; brothers, Marvin Ferguson and wife, Cindy of Church Hill, TN; Mervin Ferguson and wife, Bonnie of Pensacola, FL; Scott Ferguson and wife, Lisa of Church Hill, TN; sister, Teresa Shephard of Jacksonville, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

His dog "Pepper Dog" was his special companion.

The family would like to thank his special caregiver, Cindy Ferguson and Wellmont Hospice.

The family will receive friends Sunday (Nov. 23, 2014) from 2-4:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home Kingsport. The service will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tim Adkins officiating.
