Randy Joe Fraser

Randy Joe Fraser, 60, passed away Monday, September 16, 2019, at Holston Valley Medical Center. Randy was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the fourth child of Harlan and Ellen Fraser. He graduated from Lynn View High School in 1979.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Randy is survived by his sisters, Debbie Fry and husband Bill of Burlington, KY, and Karen Fraser of Kingsport; brothers, Ronald (Red) Fraser and wife Marina of Kingsport, and Brad Fraser and wife Michelle of Knoxville; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Cross Connection Church, 644 Granby Road, Kingsport, TN.

The funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019, at the church with Pastor Phil Harris officiating.
