Raymond Alonzo Larum, 56, of Kingsport, TN, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. Ray was born in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico on March 20, 1957 and graduated from River Valley High School in Marion, Ohio. He owned his own business, Copier Tech, since 2009. Ray enjoyed listening to his turntable, boating, motorcycling, working on cars, 'dirt' farming, doing home improvements, licking faces, traveling, practical jokes and spending time with his family. Ray married his wife, Kim L. Buehler on October 15, 1979.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Rex E. Keeton and granddaughter, Annabelle G. Pollard.
Ray is survived by his wife of 33 years, Kim Larum; children, Christopher L. Larum and fiancé, Emily Gehlbach, Sabrina N. Pollard and husband, Dustin, and Benjamin E. Noe; grandchildren, Loralie H. Pollard, Thomas K. Gehlbach and Saddie M. Gehlbach; parents, Maura L. Zambrano Meade and husband, Gene; brothers and sisters, James C. Keeton, Vivian L. Keeton, Nancy I. Keeton Ferguson, and Gary A. Keeton and wife, Sandra; brothers-in-law, David J. Buehler, James E. Buehler and wife, Bev; as well as many nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted on Friday at 1:45 pm at Mountain Home National Cemetery. Military rites will be by American Legion Posts 3/265.
