Rebecca "Becky" Light

Rebecca "Becky" Light, 43, of Beech Creek Community, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 30, 2016 at her parents home, surrounded by her family. She was a lifelong resident of Hawkins County and had graduated from Cherokee High School. Becky was an employee of Brock Services and attended Gospel Mission Church. She had a great love for her family and also enjoyed photography.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; and three uncles.

Becky is survived by her husband, Tommy Light; parents, Jack and Judy Light; one sister, Amy Falin and husband, David; one brother, Ivan Light and wife, Sarah; three nieces; three nephews; and one great niece.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Monday, August 1, 2016 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. with Brother Danny Dolen officiating.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Morrison Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jake Falin, Jordan Falin, James Falin, Ernie Matthews, Thurston Matthews, and Levon Matthews.
