Rebecca E. Sliger

Rebecca E. Sliger, 41, of Jonesborough, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2011, at Johnson City Medical Center. She is the wife of ten years of Dana Troy Sliger of Sulphur Springs and the daughter of Ann and David Wolfe of Sulphur Springs and Carol Bible of Johnson City. Rebecca was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, and daughter.

She is preceded in death by one sister, Christine L. Bible and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harry R. Bridgeman and Mr. and Mrs. Benton Bible.

Rebecca is also survived by her daughter, Teresa Ann Harris and husband Zach of Lebanon; son, James R. Nem III of Sulphur Springs; grandson, Daniel James Nem of Sulphur Springs; sister, Letitia A. Manis and husband Randy of Lebanon; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family will receive friends Saturday, July 2, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Fall Branch. A memorial service will follow at 7 pm with Pastor Robert York and Pastor Charles Fields officiating.
