Regina Ann Burke

Regina Ann Rhoton Burke, 75, of Kingsport,TN, passed away December 12, 2017 at the home of her daughter Tammy, surrounded by her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Naomi Rhoton and brother, Jimmy Rhoton.

She is survived by three daughters, Debbie Goins and Zan Brooks, Lisa Stewart and son in law, Billy and Tammy Burke; son, Billy Ray Burke Jr ; eight grandchildren, Matthew Goins, Michael Goins, Katelyn Stewart, William Stewart, Seth Burke, Quinn Brooks, Blaine Burke and Lakyn Burke; great grandson, Collin Bigness.

The family will receive friends from 5 till 7pm Friday at Wheeler United Methodist Church, Blountville. A service will follow at 7pm Friday with Pastor Chris Brown officiating. Special music will be provided by Sherry Morelock.

A family graveside service will take place the following day.

Special thanks should go to Wheeler UMC, Wellmont Hospice, Bristol Regional Medical Center Nursing Staff, Cindy Manis-her caregiver, Damon Depew, Debbie Carver and the staff of Hamlett-Dobson all of whom have taken an active part in the care and ultimately the transition for Regina and her family.
