Retha Drinnon Dale

Retha Drinnon Dale, 90, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 1, 2022. She was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and a member of Orebank Chapel Central Baptist church. Retha enjoyed writing to her friends across the country.

Retha was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Dale; her parents, Homer and Iva Drinnon; sister, Reba Sizemore; brother Douglas Drinnon.

Survivors include brother, TJ Drinnon and wife, Diane; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 5, 2022 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 5, 2022 at Oak Hill Memorial Park, with Pastor Tim Risner officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Orebank Central Baptist Church, 5776 Orebank Rd., Kingsport, TN 37664.
