Rhonda Gail Castle age 47 of Kingsport went home to be with the Lord Sunday, March 5, 2023, to rest in her eternal peace. Born in Clinton, NC on June 9, 1975, a daughter of Billy Jones and Gladys Dabbs, she has resided in this area since 1996. She graduated from Emsley A. Laney High School, Wilmington, NC in 1994. Rhonda also graduated from Northeast State University and King College. She was employed as an RN at Holston Valley Medical Center since 2005. Rhonda was a former Nurse of the year and appeared on billboards for Wellmont in 2004. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted mother, sister and friend who loved to uplift others.

Left to cherish her memory are the father of her children, Don Castle of Kingsport; daughter Casey Alexius Castle and fiancé Tiffany Hill of Kingsport; son, Lane Castle and girlfriend Breanna Green of Kingsport; parents, Billy Ray Jones and wife Collen of Wilmington, NC and Gladys Dabbs of Garland, NC; sister, Melinda Stout and husband Steve of Greeneville; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will take place at 1:00pm on Monday, March 13, 2023 at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
