Richard "Dick" Crouch, 79, Kingsport, passed away Friday, January 11, 2008 at Indian Path Medical Center.
Born in Washington, DC, he had resided in Kingsport for the past twelve years. Dick was a veteran of the U. S. Army having served in the Korean War. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with friends in his latter years at the Kingsport Renaissance Center.
Dick was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Hattie Crouch and one brother, Bob Crouch.
Surviving are his wife, Marlene W. Crouch, Kingsport; one daughter, Jennifer C. Brazee and husband J. J., Raleigh, NC; one son, Robert Crouch, Baltimore, MD; one stepson, Craig Cox and wife Crystal, Greensboro, NC; and two step-grandchildren, Jessica Cox and Zachary Cox.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Ron Owens officiating.
