Richard "Rick" Wayne Frazier

Richard "Rick" Wayne Frazier, 64, of Kingsport, passed away, Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at Holston Valley Medical Center. Born in Kingsport, he is the son of Glenna Terry Frazier and the late William Ervin Frazier.

Rick graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and served in the U.S. Army as a company clerk during Vietnam. He was also a long time member of First Christian Church.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Art Frazier.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

The family will receive friends, Saturday, 2-4:00pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport.

A memorial service will follow at 4:00pm with Rev. Ed Clevinger officiating.
