Rita Lynn Neff
Rita went to be with the Lord on Thursday October 8, 2009 at Holston Valley Medical Center after a brief illness. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Hall, and brother, Jonas Hall.
She is survived by her husband, Eddie Neff, of Kingsport; daughters, Katie Cole and husband Vinnie and Crystal Champ, all of Kingsport; son, John Champ and wife Crystal Rector Champ of Morristown; father, John Hall of Kingsport; sister, Susie Shafer and husband Bill of Kingsport; and brothers, John Hall and wife Teresa of Kingsport, Bill Hall and wife Diana of Chuckey, Eugene Hall and wife Robin, Dennis Hall, Tim Hall, and Roger Hall, all of Kingsport.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. A funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Charles Kilbourne officiating.
Burial will follow the funeral service at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers.
