Rita Seaver, 97, Kingsport, died Friday afternoon May 23, 2008 at Cambridge House in Bristol, TN.
Born in Scott County, VA, she lived in the Kingsport area practically all of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, H. Dayton Seaver; and a son, H. Carlton Seaver.
Surviving are her daughter, Doris Edwards and husband Reggie, Antioch, TN; daughter-in-law, Jeanne Glass Seaver, Raleigh, NC; four grandchildren, Mark Edwards, Leigh Krasnoff, Kathryn Merino, and Craig Seaver; and six great-grandchildren, Zachary Merino, Matthew Merino, Natalie Krasnoff, Justin Edwards, Nathan Krasnoff, and Rachel Edwards.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday June 2, 2008 at East Lawn Memorial Park with Chaplain Doug Hinshaw officiating.
