Robert Lee Blevins, Jr., 63, of Kingsport, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Helen Crawford; father, Robert Lee Blevins; sisters, Betty Gardner and Ruth Browder; and brother, Travis Darrell Blevins.
Robert is survived by his daughter, Tamara; sisters, Mary Jean Noles and Helen Lee Moles; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. with Rex Hill officiating.
Burial will follow at Depew's Chapel.
Pallbearers will serve as family and friends.
