Robert Potts

Robert Edgar Potts, Jr., Kingsport, was called home November 15, 2019, following a brief illness. He was born and lived in Scott County, VA, until moving to Kingsport 12 years ago. Robert was well known and loved by everyone who knew him. He will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Potts Sr., and Mary Frances McDavid Potts; three brothers, Johnny, Floyd, and Jimmy Potts; and two sisters, Minnie Price, and Bertha Mae Potts.

Robert is survived by two brothers, Lester Potts and Kyle Potts of Kingsport; two sisters, Mary Kate Potts of Kingsport and Laura Belle Bowling of Murfreesboro, TN; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; great-great nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Albert Cordle of Dungannon, VA.

It was Mr. Potts request to be cremated.
