Ronald G. Pitts, 61, of Kingsport, died Wednesday, December 25, 2013 at his home.
Ronnie was born in Kingsport where he resided most of his life. He was a 1970 graduate of Dobyns-Bennett High School and served in the U. S. Marine Corp form 1971 to 1973. Ronnie had worked at Cap Snap Seal & Portola Packaging for many years. He was known for his spontaneous wit and sense of humor.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Maggie Pitts and twin sister, Connie Pitts.
Ronnie is survived by several cousins and many friends.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 31st at Mountain Home National Cemetery with military honors conducted by the American Legion Posts No. 3/265.
