Roy Everette Johnson, 62, of Kingsport, died Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Indian Path Medical Center. He was a charter member of Damascus Road Independent Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William R. and Josie Adams.
Roy is survived by his son, Kermit L. Johnson and wife, Candace; daughter, Christina R. Johnson Quillin; son, Josiah J. Johnson; grandchildren, Brooke, Priscilla, Rebecca, Sara, and Kaleb; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 pm on Friday at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to offset funeral expenses to Kermit L. Johnson, 1000 Grover St., Johnson City, TN 37601.
