Ruby Gray Fowler, 93, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 10, 2013. She served in the Navy during World War II.
She is survived by her daughter, Gail Anderson (Craig) Manassas, VA; granddaughters, Renee Hull and Nicole Strawser; two great-granddaughters; three great-great granddaughters; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at 11:30 a.m. at Mountain Home National Cemetery.
