Rudy C. Bacon

Rudy C. Bacon, 67, of Fall Branch, passed away Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Erwin Health Care Center in Erwin, TN following a period of declining health. Born in Kingsport on June 12, 1947, a son of the late Adam and Hazel Bacon, he had resided in this area for his entire life.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Leonard Bacon; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Alfred Samples; and brother-in-law, Lee A. Taylor.

Rudy is survived by his sister, Faun Taylor of Fall Branch, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday (June 18, 2014) at 12:00 Noon at Oak Hill Memorial Park, Kingsport, TN with Rev. Vic Wallace officiating. Those attending committal services are asked to assemble at the graveside by 11:45 am Wednesday.

Those wishing may make memorial contributions to the organization of the donor's choice.
