Ruth Ann Noel Stevens, 69, passed away peacefully at her home in Kingsport, TN, on Wednesday, September 6, 2017. Born in Russell County, VA, on June 17, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Adolphus H. Noel and Gladys Owens Noel.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Robinson and wife, Cindy of Danville, KY, and Dana Robinson of Hughesville, MD; five grandchildren, Trenton Puckett, Ethan and Logan Robinson, and Emily and Madison Price; one sister, Judy M. Lake and husband, Richard of Kingsport, TN; aunts, uncles and special cousins; and a host of friends and acquaintances.
