S. Harvey Bacon

S. Harvey Bacon, 65, Fall Branch, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following a brief illness. He was a lifelong resident of Fall Branch where he had worked as an auto mechanic for many years. Harvey was an avid NASCAR and NHRA fan. He was a loving husband, father and friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Annie Bacon and sister, Billie Jane Crawford.

Harvey is survived by his wife of 44 years, Pam Bacon; daughter, Jessica Bacon; two sons, Jonathan Bacon and Josh Bacon; special grand-dog, Blue; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Westley Duncan officiating.

The entombment service will be conducted on Friday at 11:00 am at East Tennessee Cemetery Mausoleum.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Bacon, Josh Bacon, Thomas Gouge, Anthony English and Ronnie Jones.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Logans Chapel United Methodist Church, 209 Logans Chapel Rd, Fall Branch, TN 37656.
