Sandra "Sandy" Kay Thomas

Sandra “Sandy” Kay Thomas (Adams) age 75 went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 1, 2024. Her earthly body grew tired so she traded it for one that would keep up with her outlasting spirit. She was the truest example of how we are supposed to live life. She loved and cared for anyone she encountered. There is now a chasm among family and friends that was not there before. One way we will continue to fill the emptiness is by remembering how she affected each of us personally, and her legacy will live on by loving, caring and sharing for one another. 

She treasured her family that is left here to honor her memory:  Sandy’s children:  Travis Hart (Tina); Brandie Moody (Wade); Jessica Anderson (Justin). Grandchildren:  Shawnah Wright (Shawn); Hunter Hart (Madison); Holden Hart (Savanna); Sheridan Meade (Trevor); Samuel Moody; Luke Moody; Andie Anderson & Asher Anderson. Great grandchildren:  Easton & Evie Wright; Nora, Carson & Ruby Hart; Hendrix & Huxley (soon to be) Hart. Special Sisters:  Janie Gentry, Ladonna Blenis, Linda Gibson, Mary Lou Hart (Spike), Bennie & Gayle. Dearest Friend: Danny Hart. Several special cousins. 

A small, private celebration of life has already been conducted, however, any of us may honor her memory by wearing something orange for the UT Vols, listening to Bob Seger, or toasting to Mr. Miller.

She would want us to conclude by saying God has been so good to her and life is short, so be good to one another. Love, share, care and above all Be Happy!
