Scott A. Watts

Scott A. Watts, 44, Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday morning, October 14, 2019.  Scott was born in Kingsport where he lived his entire life.  He was a graduate of Sullivan South High School, class of ’94. He was an avid Kentucky Wildcat fan.

He was preceded in death by his father, John S. (Jay) Watts; grandmothers, Zola Watts and Anna Watts; grandfathers, Allard Watts and Navarre Watts; and nephew, Joe Don Watts.

Scott is survived by his mother, Patsy F. Watts; brother, John Steven Watts and wife, Hope; niece, Jordan Watts; great-nephew, Loial Sproles; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm on Thursday, October 17.2019  at Double Springs Missionary Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Randy Waller officiating.

Music will be by Mike Ervin.

The graveside service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Double Springs Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.  Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
