Sharon Shamp

Sharon Shamp, 51, Fall Branch, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, at her home. Born in Kingsport, she had resided all of her life in Fall Branch. Sharon was a great caregiver for her father and worked side by side with her brother Tim, as a beekeeper. She was a Christian.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Louise Hayes.

Sharon is survived by three daughters, Tanya Christian, Kristin Minga and Audra Hall and husband, Michael; son, William Shamp; four grandchildren; father, Jimmy Hayes; sister, Kathy Maskew and husband, Jeremy; brother, Tim Hayes; and four nieces and one nephew.

The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm on Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Vic Wallace officiating.

The graveside service will be held on Sunday at 2:00 pm at Fall Branch United Methodist Church Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
