Shawn Charles Pierce

Shawn Charles Pierce, 48, was born on 11/6/70 in Kingsport, TN and passed away on 10/23/19 at his home.  He was a graduate of Sullivan South High School and had attended ETSU. He was an employee of Cracker Barrell.   Shawn had a wit and humor that always made people laugh.   Every holiday was sure to have a fireworks display that he loved to plan.   He had a large range of interest but especially enjoyed gardening, canning and cooking.

Shawn is survived by his son and daughter, Alex and Emmy Pierce, father and mother, Wayne and Pat Pierce,  brother Tim Pierce and wife Edwina, sister Jenni Wolff and husband Jack, nephews Josh and Jared (Jacque) Pierce and Creston (Page) Sherwood; great-nieces, Louise and Kaylee; and great-nephew Dillon.

A private ceremony will be planned by the family.
