Sherman Hall
Sherman Hall, 84, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Maggie and George Hall; first wife, Madge Sands Hall; second wife, Dola Skeens Hall; son, John Henry Hall; sisters Florence Bear, Georgia Boggs, and Lula Franklin; and brothers Ed Hall, Victor Thomas Hall, Paul Martin Hall and James Hall.
Surviving are daughters Bonnie Huerkamp and husband Ronald, Linda Collins and husband John, Dola Tina Patrick and husband George, Candace Satterfield and husband Alton, and Helen Myrtle Hall; sons Richard Hall and wife Debbie, Donald David Hall, Jessie James Hall and wife Sandra, and Charly Hall; sister, Ruth McCloud; several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; and former wife Ivanell McCloud Hall.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Michael Boggs and Rev. Gerald Bishop officiating. Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
