Shirley Adkins Copas, 56, Kingsport, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center following a long illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Earl Adkins.
Shirley is survived by her sons, Travis and Donnie, Jr.,; grandchildren, Dakota, Ryan, Shyanne, Gabriel, Jordyn and Cameron; brothers, Kenneth Adkins and wife, Lee, and Michael Adkins; sisters, Linda Willis and Jimmie Kimbler; Marleen (Aunt Bobby) Davis; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and the love of her life, Donnie, Sr.
