Steven Andrew "Andy" Hale

Steven Andrew (Andy) Hale, 49, of Kingsport, passed away on July 27, 2016. Andy was a graduate of Sullivan South High School and East Tennessee State University. He enjoyed lake activities with his family, cooking, golfing, fishing, hunting and the outdoors. Andy was loved by all who knew him.

Andy is survived by his beloved children, daughter, Addison Hale and son, Ayden Hale both of Kingsport; companion and mother of his children, Angie Lowe Hale of Kingsport; parents, Jerry and Jackie Hale of Piney Flats; sister and brother-in-law, Lynn and Jon Krutak of Kingsport; grandmother, Hazel Hale of Kingsport; and nephews, Jacob Krutak of Knoxville and Caleb Krutak of San Diego.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Cecil and Jane Smith, and paternal grandfather, Earl C. Hale.

An informal memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport with Dr. Robert Rainwater, Piney Flats Presbyterian Church, officiating. Visitation will follow the memorial service until 5:00 pm.
