Sue Harrison

Sue Harrison, Elizabethton, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at Johnson City Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Washington County and was a member of Double Springs Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Harrison; parents, Bill and June Tate; and brother, Donnie Tate.

Sue is survived by her three daughters, Teresa Christian and husband David, Jeana Abueida, and Crystal Stratton and husband Richard; one son, Kenneth Harrison and wife Rachel; eleven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ricky Tate, and Randy Tate and wife Lilly; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2016, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

Burial will follow at Double Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
