Thomas H. Coleman Jr

Thomas H. Coleman, Jr., 76, a lifelong resident of Kingsport, TN, was born on October 11, 1936, in Statesville, N.C. passed away Saturday evening July 6, 2013, in Clarksville, TN.
He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and retired from Raytheon Corporation as a machinist. He was a lifelong railroad enthusiast and model railroader. Thomas was a devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Thomas was the son of Thomas H. Coleman, Sr., and Marie Templeton Coleman who preceded him in death. He is survived by his three children, Joy Christian, Lisa Coleman, Thomas H. Coleman III, four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three brothers, Larry Dale Coleman (Dana), Charles E. Coleman (Lee), and Dana M. Coleman (Susan).

There will be a viewing held at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home in Kingsport, TN, Tuesday, July 9, 2013, from 5 to 7:00 PM. Graveside services will be held at Oakwood Cemetery on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at 3:00 p.m. in Statesville, N. C.
