Tommy Bo Hayes, 51, of Fall Branch passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2007 unexpectantly at home.
Bo graduated from Daniel Boone High School in 1974. He loved the outdoors, and his work allowed him to be outside working for Hoods Construction for many years and then Earthmovers for several years. Bo loved people and enjoyed being around his friends and family.
His special friends, Bob Fink and Shane Mounger; and his grandparents preceded him in death.
He is survived by his wife and best friend, Norma Tootie Hayes; his parents, Ray and Dorothy Hayes, Fall Branch; one sister, Karen Hayes, Kingsport; one brother, Brian Hayes and wife, Buffy, Fall Branch; he had a special love for his niece, Brooke Hayes of Fall Branch; stepson, Brian Hulse; special nephews, Josh and Cody; his two dogs, Bee-z and Pe-Pe; several aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Vic Wallace and Rev. Carl Strickler officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Fall Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Brian Hayes, Randall Copas, Junior Gillenwater, Randall ?Smiley? Phillips, Robert Britt, Lyndle ?Shorty? Martin, Randy Hayes, and Sonnie Buckner.
Honorary pallbearers will be Winfred Gray, Travis Long, John Ferguson, Allen Wade, and David Britt.
