Tim "Big Daddy" McDavid
Tim "Big Daddy" McDavid, 46, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday April 19, 2011 at his home. Tim was born in Sullivan County, where he had lived his entire life. He loved to spend time with his family and riding his motorcycle.
Tim was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
Survivors include his wife, Dee Dee McDavid of Kingsport; daughters, Shanda Brooks and husband, Michael of Kingsport; Stephanie Guy and husband Bobby of Kingsport; Sierra McDavid, Kingsport; and Faith McDavid of Church Hill; his son Tim McDavid and daughter Savannah; Kingsport; and grandchildren Greenlee and Gabriel Brooks of Kingsport.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 pm Friday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. A memorial service will follow at 7 p.m.
Monetary donations may be sent to Sullivan Recreation Association, P.O. Box 2265, Kingsport, TN 37662.
