Tim Parlier

Timothy Lee Parlier, 51, of Jonesborough, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at his home. He was a graduate of Elizabethton High School. Tim served in the U.S. Army National Guard as a stinger missile crewman. He worked in the heating and cooling industry and was of the Baptist faith.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Evelyn Parlier, and brother, Rick.

He is survived by his loving companion, JoAnn Parlier; sister, Judy Templeton of Tampa, FL; four brothers, Ron Townsend of Bristol, TN, Mike Townsend and wife, Sandra of Johnson City, Greg Parlier and Billy Parlier, both of El Paso, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

Military Rites will be conducted on Friday, March 30th, 2012 at 11:00 am at Hamlett-Dobson, Kingsport by the American Legion Posts 3/265.
