Tom Fansler, 64, Kingsport, passed away on Monday, October 31,2016, at Church Hill Healthcare and Rehab Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Maggie Fansler, and his sister, Linda McGhee.
Tom is survived by several family members and a host of friends.
Special thanks to the staff at Church Hill Healthcare and Rehab and also Perry Taylor for the love that was shown to Tom.
Graveside services will be private.
