Travis Burton Darnell, 39, of Gray, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 25, 2012 at home.
He was born in Kingsport and had resided in the area his entire life. Travis was an avid amateur photographer; he loved music, and was an electronics enthusiast. He had a number of photos displayed on flickr.com under his name.
His parents, Harry and Sue Darnell preceded him in death.
Travis is survived by a brother, Jody Darnell of Gray.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Holston View Cemetery with Harry Wood officiating.
