Truus Johannsson
Truus Johannsson, 84, of Kingsport, formerly of Fayetteville, NC, and Amsterdam, the Netherlands, passed away on Friday, August 23, 2013 at Indian Path Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Thorgrimur Johannsson in 2000.
She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Geary and husband, John of Westford, MA; granddaughter, Caitlin Geary; brother, Bertus Lauffer of the Netherlands; sister, Geertruida Kelley of Kingsport; nephew and niece, Simon and Kimberlin Kelley of Acworth, GA; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
