V. Elaine Riner

On February 25, 2020 V. Elaine Riner made her address change from this earthly body to her Heavenly home with her Lord and Savior.  She was born March 22, 1948 in Kingsport, TN to her loving parents, the late Claude Riner and Alice Parker Riner. She was a hair dresser early in life before becoming a Nurse. Elaine's pride and joy in life were her 2 grandsons, Parker and Austin.

Along with her parents Elaine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gene Williams; brother, Tony Lee Riner; infant sister, Patsy Riner and nephew, Adam Lee Riner; Uncle Rev. Robert Parker, Jr. and Aunt Virginia, Uncle J.L. and Aunt Ruth Horne, Aunt Mary Haynes, Uncle Delma and Aunt Jean Parker; and several Aunts and Uncles from the Riner family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, MaryAlice Page and husband, Neil; 2 grandsons, Parker and Austin Page all of Church Hill, TN; niece, Tonya Dalton and husband, Matthew, and great-nephew, Dru Dalton, all of Gray, TN; sister-in-law, Anita Riner Mick and husband, Charlie of Piney Flats, TN; Uncle J.L. and Aunt Annis Parker all of Kingsport, TN; special little friend, Cody Wells of Blountville, TN; along with a host of extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Parker's Chapel FWB Church, 427 Parker Dr., Kingsport, TN 37660 from 5 to 7:00pm on Thursday, February 27, 2020. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Chris Castle, Rev. Chad Riner and Rev. Ted Riner officiating. Music will be provided by The Parker Family and The Moneyhun's.

Graveside service will be on held at 1:00 pm on Friday at Morrison City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Neil Page, Eddie Page, Matthew Dalton, David Webb, Larry Hommel, Jim Mann and Dylan Mann.

Honorary Pallbearers are Parker Page, Austin Page, Dru Dalton and Cody Wells.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Parker's Chapel FWB Church, 427 Parker Dr., Kingsport, TN 37660.

The family would like to express their appreciation for the wonderful care for Ms. Riner by Cathy with Amedysis Hospice and 400 Hall Nursing Staff at Wexford House.
