Vickie Casper

Vickie Casper, 61, of Fall Branch, died Tuesday morning, October 15, 2019 at home after a long battle with multiple sclerosis.  Born in Willis, Michigan, she had resided in Fall Branch since 2005.  Vickie was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Casper of the home; daughter, Amanda Casper of Philadelphia, PA; son, Darren Casper of Kingsport;  and granddaughter, Madeline Orr, Philadelphia, PA.

One of her favorite seasons was Christmas and she looked forward to fulfilling Angel Tree requests every year.  In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the local Salvation Army Angel Tree Program here:
