Victoria "Vicky" Myers
Victoria "Vicky" Myers, 83, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 14, 2010, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Tracy Myers; her parents, Clyde and Ethel Bartley; and five sisters, Helen Rice, Edith Carter, Katherine Waters, Pauline Begley, and Louise Morrison.
She is survived by a son, Michael C. Alley and wife, Janice, of Kingsport; grandchildren, Tony Alley and wife, Ana, LeAnne Himes and husband, Jason, and Wendy Lewis; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Delores Whiten and husband, Jim, of Kingsport, and Martha Coates, also of Kingsport; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will be conducted at 7:00, with Pastor Mike Stout officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West View Baptist Church, 1037 Fairview Avenue, Kingsport, TN 37660.
