Wallace ?Wally? Cole, 43, Church Hill, TN died at 12:30 a.m. Friday, October 12, 2007, at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, he served with the U.S. Navy and had lived in this area for the past thirty years.
He was employed as a mechanic with Gordon Automotive Repair in Johnson City.
Surviving are his fiancée, Pam Collier, Church Hill, TN; two sons, Justin Sloan, Kingsport, TN; and James ?J.J.? Collier, Church Hill, TN; two grandchildren, Alexis and Emma Sloan; sister, Teresa Goens, Indianapolis, IN; brothers, Paul Cole Jr., Marlborough, MA; Terry Cole, Blountville, TN; and Gary Cole, Kingsport, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 6-8:00 p.m. Monday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home Kingsport.
Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Woody Tackett officiating.
