Wanda Bernard Gibson

Wanda Bernard Gibson, 63, of 3468 Beech Creek Road, Rogersville, went to be with the Lord Tuesday morning, November 27, 2007, at her home following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Rogersville, Tennessee, where she was a lifelong resident. Wanda was a graduate of Whitney?s Business College and enjoyed working in her yard.

Her parents, Carl Bernard and Minnie Light Bernard, preceded her in death.

Surviving are her husband, William B. Gibson, Rogersville; two sisters, Carolyn Horne and husband, Sam, Rogersville, Sandra Bernard, Rogersville; one brother, Rex Bernard and wife, Trish, Rogersville; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Fall Branch. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Lower Beech Creek Cemetery in Rogersville.

Pallbearers will be family members and friends.
