William Douglas Carmack
William (Doug) Carmack, 58, Kingsport, died early Saturday morning, June 8, 2013, at HVMC. Doug had resided in Kingsport for most of his life. He was a graduate of Dobyns Bennett, class of '72. Doug was a member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William D. and Kathleen Carmack.
Doug is survived by his wife, Kimberly Joann Carmack of Kingsport; son, Michael Carmack of New York, New York; daughter, Amy Carmack of Kingsport; one granddaughter, Madison Brie Hall; sister, Carol Carmack Phillips of Kingsport; special friends, Eddie Hicks and Charles Justice, Sr.
Friends may call at the home at 2204 Swannanoa Avenue, Kingsport, Tennessee 37664, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 9, 2013.
