William "Billy" Lynch III
William "Billy" Lynch, III, 39, of Kingsport, passed away Monday, September 7, 2009.
He was a proud father and a good friend who enjoyed his work and taking his dog "Scrappy" to the river to chase the ducks.
Billy is preceded in death by his special mother, Lynne Smith.
Survivors include his life partner of 17 years, Robin Holley; sons, Tyler Lynch, Joshua Holley, Brandon Holley and wife Emily; Mom-Mom, Janet Holley; special aunt, Wanda Morelock; special friends, Carrie Steadman and Cameron Massey.
Graveside services will be conducted 11:00am Friday at Mount Carmel Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery with Jack Morelock officiating.
Pallbearers will be Billy's sons and friends.
