William Rufus W.R. Reeves
William Rufus W.R. Reeves passed away Sunday morning in Brookhaven nursing home.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Isa Reeves, an infant daughter and two sisters, Lula Powell and Penelope Hayworth.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Phyllis Reeves; daughter, Kim Reeves of Kingsport, TN; sister, Willie Fenwick of Indianapolis, IN; and brother, Frank Reeves of Rogersville, TN.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 22nd from 10-11:00 am at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Kingsport. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am with Rev. Harold Shoemaker and Chaplain Brenda Jenkins officiating.
