William Sexton

William “Bill” Sexton Jr., 66, Kingsport, gained his angel wings on Sunday, June 9, 2024 after battling his fight with cancer.  Bill was loved by all, and he loved his family. He enjoyed fishing and playing poker with his friends and best friend, Doug Shelton

He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Ramey Sexton, father, William Bill Sexton Sr; brothers, Harvey Ramey and Mike Sexton; and son, Josh Tilson.

Bill is survived by his sister, Viola Nicole Wilkerson; special brother-in-law, Randy Wilkerson; partner in life, Angela Tilson; children, Jessica Tilson, Cortney Tilson-Miller and Chris Tilson; and special grandsons, Jacob Arnold, Timothy Tilson and Devin Tilson.

A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at a later date.
