Willie Jack McCrary

Willie Jack (Wild Man) McCrary, 79, of Chuckey, TN, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, May 8, 2014. Jack retired from Fluor Daniels Construction. He attended Double Spring Baptist Church. Jack was a loving and caring father, pawpa and great-grandfather.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Eula McCrary, brother, Robert (Tum) McCrary and sister-in-law, Louise Millsaps.

Jack is survived by his wife of 17 years, Grace Harris McCrary; five sons and daughters-in-law, Billy Joe McCrary and wife, Jeannie of Chuckey, TN; Jackie McCrary and wife, Teresa of Greeneville, TN, Jeff McCrary and wife, Julie of Chuckey, Cliff McCrary and fiancée, Lisa Buckingham of Chuckey, TN, and Jeff and Betty Harris of Sweetwater, TN; five grandchildren, Laura Beth and husband, Neal Harville, Boone McCrary and fiancée, Christy Massey, Ethan McCrary, Beth Harris and fiancé, Brian Ahwazi of Athens, and Dylan Buckingham of Chuckey, TN; four great-grandchildren, Anna Belle, Hayes, Eleanore Alice and Penelope Helen Harville of Greeneville, TN; one special nephew, Rick McCrary and wife, Vivian of Chuckey, TN; four special sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Nancy McMutery and friend, Howard Ratladge of Athens, Sara Millsaps, Melvin and Johnnie Farner of Niota, TN, Mary Mealer of Rocky Face, GA; and brother Arthur (Tobyu) and wife, Mary Ghorley.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 12, 2014, from 4-7:00 pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm with Pastor Allen Brummit and Pastor Randy Waller officiating.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 2:00 pm Lovelace Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brent Scroggs, Matthew Hayes, Jeff Pendleton, Charles Farner, Boone McCrary, Ethan McCrary, and Rick McCrary. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Ervin, Bill Roberts, James McNew, Carl Haws, and Dale Barnes.
